You can look at the Hungarians in the 50s, Bulgaria that took 4th in World Cup 1994 as examples. Where the dynamic youth rating will give a slow rise (and possible a slow decline) the golden generation will give you a window of max 4-6 years of optimal performance and then the nation will drop back again. For this we could use a variable that would give a boost in performance for a short period time, where the deciders for that boost are things like, players at high level clubs, those players in the same age range, and some others I might think up later.
