KiwiTyke75 Posted January 17, 2022 Share Posted January 17, 2022 It would be nice if we could recruit a PA and PO; their attributes wouldn't have to be extensive, but the PO's abilities could directly influence a manager's standing with the media. As someone who does that for a living, I know that not all press officers are good at building good relationships with journalists, briefing speakers, etc. A really eccentric one might get wildly angry or delighted if you do certain things in a press conference or constantly refuse to do interviews. And the PA could do something similar for relationships with staff, helping to build loyalty, etc. A hopeless one could even slow down your inbox delivery or forget to tell you about the staff meeting. A great one could give you hints and tips about getting more out of your staff. At the moment, they're a bit dull and don't really have any interest beyond delivering messages. 3 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
