Loans still need fine tuning

Affiliated parent clubs should give you a list of their players on loan and when you are a parent club you should make a list of players available to your affiliates.

 

This would fix getting loans from affiliated clubs you can't scout. Theres no point in having an affiliate in spain if you can't scout them to loan players. If you had a relationship you'd probably call them up and say "who looks good?"

 

The "search" should have a filter so you be can search for loans that have "no fees" or for instance
