Help with World Cup substitution rules, please

Hi there,

I'm trying to edit the substitution rules in the world cup (for both files the 32 team and 48 team) following 

But when I load my game with the edited world cup file, the world cup has disappeared. Would anyone be kind enough to take a look at my file and explain where I went wrong, please?

Hi there, thanks for your answer. Yes, AFCON, Asian Cup, Copa América are all in the game. The World Cup isn't (that's the one I'm trying to change the substitutes rule) but all the qualifiers are as I haven't touched those.

I get as far as this in the editor, it won't let me verify my file (no division levels found to test) as per picture.

Part of the problem is the fact that your competition only has the competition part, but no 'area' it is connected to. This means there also will be no fixture rules for instance.
