Player profile popup not working properly

So I have this weird issue with my skin where the player popup button doesn't work in some cases. Mainly when trying to hover over the (i) inside some inbox screens.

It works normally on tactics screen, on scout recommendations, etc. but it doesn't on some specific inbox items.

The issue seems to get resolved once I remove the code for player PA and CA (both, removing only one doesn't work). I've checked other skins that have PA/CA on their player popups, the code is EXACTLY the same and it works for those skins, but for some reason not for mine. When I copy over the entire xml, it works...

So getting rid of player personal details popup panel, and placing everything from that panel into the player overview popup panel seems to have fixed it, although it bugs out again when changing the selector panels at the bottom to show contract info (I have found this issue on other skins as well, reloading the skin makes it work again).

So it seems to be an issue with the game itself.
