Go on our own intensive language course as managers

For consistency considering we send the players on intensive language course when taking a foreign job it would make sense to be an option for us as managers too, thanks.

I think that it happens automatically. When you start at a club in a country where you don't speak the language you become fluent in a few months. In my present game I was fluent after being at the club for five months.

I think it's connected to adaptability, took me about a season and a bit starting on 6 adaptability as I was playing from the lowest badges and experience. But i think even if low adaptability should still speed the process more than that. Like high adaptability a few months, low a bit longer but still fairly quickly etc. It would help for it to be clear about it too if it does already do it, but all the players I signed learnt the language a lot quicker than me. Thanks

I get where you're coming from although I don't think it's something we'd be looking to add - it's an unnecesarry further step.

Managers may indeed go on intensive courses at their own expense, but salary spending isn't something we're looking to include.

And as Hovis mentioned above, it does happen over time automatically. 

Adding the option between automatic and intensive wouldn't really add much, as it's not as if the Press Conference questions ever become translated into the language of the club you're at, it stays consistent with the player behind the screen.
