Reviewing Player Performance (FM21)

Obviously, the match rating is one way to understand how a player is performing. But is there some way to better understand where the rating actually comes from? For example, when you go to criticize a performance, there are options like "your defense wasn't good enough" or "our strikers were feeding off scraps." Is there anywhere you can go in the app to see more about an individual player's performance in a specific game?

For example, I have a guy who played poorly. When I criticize him, I have options for:

1. Not good enough defensively
2. Passing not good enough
3. Tackling
4. Be more creative
5. Be more direct

But I only watched the key highlights. How can know which of these is most applicable?

you can go back and look at his individual stats for that game like his passing, tackling, interceptions etc.

I know this seems ridiculous that I can't figure this out, but how can I do that?
