[FM21] how to focus my scouts

hi my teams badly needs DM which has been bought up in many scout meetings. however my scouts keep sending me prospects for all other positions or very unrealistic options for DM. 

when i see a good prospect i hate clicking discard even if i don't need them. should i start doing that or continue to just acknowledge. i assumed that would mean they would stop scouting but keep the info already gained. 

secondly is there a way to tell the pool to just concentrate on one position and not prioritise others. at the moment i am having to do this manually by looking at the list.

my problem is my teams got through league two and one too quickly and i ahve a very low wage budget for the championship (90k pw). 

i cant sign anyone who is actually championship level as it would break my wage structure. already have 2-4 players restless wanting new contracts though they have long time left on the previously signed contracts.

You can take over the scouting assignment and send one of your scouts to just look for a DM
