Home Nations Championship

I am thinking about bringing this back into the game, would there be enough space in the calendar for it though? For anyone unaware it was a competition between England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Also is there guidance on how to merge Nation rules, continental rules and international rules on the same file.

Yeah, don't. At a minimum you can't verify competitions if they're in the wrong file type, so you'd have a bunch of unverified competitions. There are also a load of other potential issues. Just create each one in a separate file and load all of the files when you start your save.

As for space on the calendar, not really. It would create fixture congestion of some sort. You can still add it regardless though.

as @rusty217 says above re merging you cant do that

FYI I have added the Home nations it is a bi annual comp being played in june/july starting in 2023

it is part of my overhaul of the International calendar/comps- The World cup/Euros etc have increased finalists 

in view of this there are no play offs/friendlies and UEFA nations league is gone- this frees up the space for these comps to be home+away fixtures 

replaced with the  bi annual comps [Home nations/baltic/scandivian/ cups same countries take place]- then a nations cup based on FIFA ranking with promotion/relegation and also a 'FIFA' cup running at the same time for the other continents so everyone is playing the same amount of games against similar rated teams

you will see I use England B in the Home nations and Ireland has been added 

with Eng B it means players on the fringes of the main squad and players way down the leagues get called up so IMO thats great

That looks really good. Good idea using England B I may do that or just decrease England's ability or improve the other home nations to make it competitive. 

Although I was thinking of keeping the other comps but have a host nation, all play each other once. I would add Republic of Ireland also.
