Conflict Italian Advanced Rules

I've downloaded a database for the Italian League System... Can't remember who made it, (but thanks to that guy!)

I have done some tweaking around... But it was all verified, up until I created B teams for a bunch of Serie A clubs, and added them to lower leagues, and now it is giving me an error in the Under 20 league, something about relegation places... But I have not even touched them... Just wondering if anyone knew how this could be fixed as I have no idea where to look in the Advanced rules. 🤦🏻‍♂️
