Powermonger Posted March 7, 2022 Share Posted March 7, 2022 (edited) I'd like a more formal way added that as you work with the same staff over a period of time, you form friendships and can designate certain staff as favourites that form your coaching team. When you move clubs part of the interview and negotiation phase is to have the option of bringing your own favourite staff with you to the new club. It would feel more immersive if we can create and retain these relationships as move around during our manager career.
