Continental Teams

Yes.

The easiest way would be if you want it to be separate from the UCL, Libertadores etc. eg. teams can compete in both that and your new competition. In that case, add continental rules, set the continent to "World", add 2 nations under the nations tab, convert to advanced rules, remove all the nations under the nations tab and disable that and the team tab (necessary to prevent it messing up existing continental competitions), and then add your new competition. You can set it to get the best teams from specific leagues, or the last winner of competitions eg. the last Libertadores winner or last FA Cup winner etc.

Thanks for the reply. What I was meaning though was like a European all star team vs Asian all star team etc. A continental international side as such.

Hi.

Would you be able to go into a little more detail to do this. I created a similar worldwide club competition on FM20 and it worked fine, but like you said, having to tweaks things like nations etc is to stop the game from messing the coefficients. I done what you said, added 2 nations, but I'm having real trouble setting stages/rounds etc....would love some direct support if possible :)

Don't forget to remove the 2 nations after converting to advanced too!

As for actually setting up the competitions, you could try to do it in the basic editor before converting to advanced to remove the countries\qualifying system (so that existing continental systems aren't affected), open some other competitions in the advanced editor to see how they do it and copy that, or there are probably some tutorials on how to use the advanced editor out there. I haven't used or made any myself though so can't help with that, sorry.
