Ongoing issues with B teams in Spain, etc

Hi SI, 

I don't know how advanced you are with scoping out the new features for FMM 2023, but will any work be done to address some of the issues previously discussed on here about B teams? 

I, and many others, have pointed out several issues with their integration with the senior team.

Just off the top of my head:

1) player development stagnating in the B team

2) issues with offering new contracts to B team players

3) not seeing a players true personality (in relationships page) unless you move them up to the A team 

4) not seeing a players trained role when they are in the B team 

There are many others I can't remember right now. 

The issues above have been around for 3 or 4 years now, so hoping they can be addressed in next year's version. 

There are a lot relating to the B team functionality so I think they need a bit more of a coordinated effort. 

Let me know if you need help with steps to reproduce or user stories.

Totally support this. Its a shame and its going on for at least 5 years now and its not being solved
