Is it possible to get the Welsh Teams to still play in the English divisions but they also play in the Welsh Cup?

Yes. Just edit the Welsh Cup rules and add instructions to get those teams too (you'll probably have to reduce the number of teams it gets from the Welsh leagues so it still has the same total). You can either tell it to get specific teams and choose those ones, or you can tell it to get teams from specific English divisions with Based Nation = Wales, so it will only pick up the Welsh teams, not any of the English ones. You could use the latter method if you only wanted teams that were above/below a certain division level in England to get in.

If you want them to actually qualify for Europe from winning it though, you'll also need to set their Continental Cup Nation to Wales. This will make them ineligible to get and of England's places though. So even if they win the EPL, they wouldn't qualify for Europe, their only way to qualify would be winning the Welsh Cup or a European competition that they're already in.

Thanks for the advice. It's a tough one between keeping the welsh teams in England so they get a lot of funding and can enter English cups and then help Wales move up the European Co-efficients or to just have all the big Welsh clubs playing in Wales.

You may have to do you own Welsh Cup for this to happen

Yes, that is a way around it. The problem is though I don't think I'd be able to get the winners to qualify for a European Competition, which would defeat the object but thanks for your advice anyway.

Thanks for the advice, it sounds very complicating to do haha.
