Better staff could affect players mood going into a game as more is prepared for them. Increase morale of players depending on the kit managers attributes as they are well known to be a key source of morale. player liaison / player care staff - better staff help players to settle quicker, especially in new countries. would also love to see the addition of match preparation options. Introduce a travel budget to manage how you travel to a game to fit with budget, but affect preparation levels. Deciding what prep for a home game looks like to give you a chance to adjust this if things aren’t going well, or if away form is better than home form. just some ideas, but might not be for everyone!
