AylingFlop
One of my frustrations with FM at present is the unrealistic limit on team meetings. If you're in the heat of a relegation battle or challenging for the title you should be able to gather your team more often than once a month or so without it causing a backlash. What would probably be more realistic than just relaxing the reactions to this is the ability to talk to groups within the team. There are already mentoring groups, social groups and training units in place, which are all really useful tools. But being able to talk to your defence in the middle of a tough run to boost morale, to gather your fringe players together ahead of a cup game or in the midst of injury crisis to encourage them to grasp the opportunity that lies ahead, or to talk to your senior players (or leadership group as they're more commonly known these days) at regular intervals would really boost the experience, at least in my eyes, and allow for a more hands on approach to man management than is currently available.
