how to lift the embargo after a few seasons?

I wanted to play at least 10 seasons, it's great that there is an embargo on Russia and Belarus, just like in reality, but I would like it to be lifted in a year or two and everything to return to normal, this war will not last forever, this embargo for Russia is it for all seasons? even if I play 15 seasons it will be? Can you somehow set a lock period for Russia?

I have been look for a file or a way to do this all over the place since the update came out, but have been unable to find one. Rebuilding continental and international competitions might do it, but I don't have anything like the expertise or the time to do that, so I am hopeful that some other kind soul in the community is able to do it!
