AI transfer activity outside transfer window

One of the few things that are immersion-breaking for me is having 10 clubs interested in one of my players in March, but not making a bid until July because that's when their transfer window opens.

It would be great if clubs would start making "unsolicitated" transfer and loan offers outside of their transfer window. That would make the game feel much more dynamic because you would be forced to deal with transfers and possibly unhappy players all year round, which adds to realism.
