ade1995
Hi All, When Man United appointed Ragnick as manager earlier in the season the praise and pr he got regarding his impact on the game and other managers got me thinking about FM and how it handles legacy especially in long saves. I believe that FM should allow you to have more of an impact on the wider game, my ideas include - The ability to recommend the next manager of your current club especially if you are a club legend, it'd be nice to get my under 21s manager regen who is a wondercoach to takeover my legacy at the club - Regen coaches and other managers can be "influenced by you" i.e they use the same tactics and your style of play is emulated all accross the world. Ragnick and the Gengenpress for example. If i play four strikers and win the quadruple with this crazy tactic perhaps other managers start doing the same, this would make the game really interesting and will add an element of dynamism as you constantly have to change tactics to stay ahead. - The ability to recommend/refer your top coaches to lower league clubs. Other boards asking your opinions on mangers they are interviewing. - Other managers that respect you asking you for advice once in a while or if you're a inexperienced manager having older managers offer you advice, reaching out to you for players you can loan would be cool.
