Good afternoon, if I already have a game started, is there any way to go to advanced settings and add more leagues?

Click on FM logo and choose "Add/Remove More Leagues"

but to add in advanced settings, the part of adding countries and continents? after you save that option and the game is starting, you can add other continents in the av part

No, all you can do is add additional playable leagues. This will add more players to fill gaps but they will be newgens rather than actual players.
 

The purpose of the advanced settings used in game setup loads actual players, so can only be used before the save is started.
