Staff Responsibilities: save settings

Every time I start a new game I go into staff responsibilities and set the same exact settings. It's a bit draining to be honest! Sometimes I'll even exit the game at this point and go and do something else instead because it immediately bores me (probably a "me" problem but still...).

It would be good quality of life addition to be able to save and load these configurations.
