When a club is relegated, will the agent tell me about any relegation release clauses?

You should be able to see it in the contract section of the players profile page

Only if I scout the player to 100%.

I want to know if I dont need to spend time doing the scouting, and can just ask the agent instead, who will tell me immediately theres a release clause in his contract?
