Is there a way to only search for real staff?

I have been trying to find a way to search and sign only real/ non generated staff as the newgen staff faces are hideous and break the immersive experience of FM for me. so my question is,

1) is there a search filter to search for only real existing staff?
2) is there a way to specifically search for staffs who were players that retired?

You can disable newgen faces via Preferences.
