End Of Season Review 2032/33

In our first full season at Saarbrücken we managed to got promoted via Relegation.

Despite losing 9 games, we just won more the draw games, so we collected more points in the end.

The core will stay the same.

We already managed to extend the loans of Chrysostomou, Wrona, Schäffler and Fetai.

Bristol City 2032/33

After the double last season this season was a disaster for Bristol.

In November they were only 10th, so they sacked Kovac and got a new coach.

 

He managed to save the season and finish 6th.

 

Their new coach is someone called Jürgen Klopp. Never heard of him. :onmehead:

Bristol also got finally a new stadium.

Named after Alan Dicks and it got a nice 53k capacity.

Also Klopp managed to win the League Cup.

 

FA Cup: Knocked out in the 3rd round by Man United

Champions League: Knocked out in the quarter final by Paris SG

Normally I would say yes 100%.

But we are on tíght budget and his wages are decent.

Hopefully he change his attitude in the first half of the season or he gies at the end of the season.

We did our homeworks in the cup.

And we used our both home games to get our first points.

After our first home game I had the opportunity to ask the board for a stadium extension.

I would say that we did miracles in this transfer summer.

 

Free:

I saw Rooney when I was extending the loan of Chrysostomou. He is a PF, but I will convert him to a B2B.

Idk how and why, but I looked out the Qatar NT. I saw a 18 y/o Al-Khater and I offered him a trail.

Al-Sadd accepted and he looks like a decent prospect. So I was asking the agent and I saw he had only a contract until the end of the season. Bingo!

And with Rabatts with hit the jackpot.

His agent offered him to us. At that time I had no scouting budget left, so I needed to gamble.

But with 18 year, 5* potential and already 14 caps for Jamaica, so he must be atleast decent.

 

Money:

I think with Donaghy we hit another jackpot. He will be a 50-60 mio player in the future.

Tzroya was on a monthly contract, so we payed only 300k compansation.#

Pavlovic is our new starting left IWB.

And our key transfer is Hervol. B2B beat in the making.

 

Loan:

Chand signed from the Serie B team Cittadella. He is New Zealand and Fijian!

Its a loan with mandatory future fee of 800k. So if we stay up, it should be peanuts.

Rabatts is a gem. In 2-3 years he could be a massive wingback.

The HB position is our biggest "problem"

This will be our target in the next summer, we need a better main HB.

Melchiot and Peng are decent for this season.

Hervol with nice value already will be our main guy in the midfield.

His partner will be Martins, which got a pretty amazing story. He played until age 23 in the 3rd tier in Portugal. Two years later he is playing in the Bundesliga

Schäffler and Rooney will be the rotation options.

Once again I trust Cruz as starting AF. He keeps scoring.

Chand, Tzroya and Guangfas will battle for the F9 spot and give cover for the AF spot.

Really love the nation combo in the attack.

NZL/FIJ + ISR + CHN and all pretty decent.

Idk it feels so wrong to continue this one.

There must be something wrong with the formation.

And since I build the team around it, I cant just swap formation.

 

I will take a break and do something else.

Idk if I continue this or I just continue it in FM23.

This was my plan anyways.
