Finding cheap wonderkids by sorting youth contracts

In my most recent FM save, I've gone on a run with snapping up great youngsters on youth contracts all over Spain. I usually pay around 1mil in compensation for youngsters that have multi-million valuations. For example, I poached this wonderkid for 3mil in compensation. 
I first hop into player search, then I open advanced filters and select Contract Status Is Youth

 Then, I sort the results based on transfer value, as transfer value is closely linked to ability. You should see a table that looks like this. 

Some of these players may have signed future contracts, but the majority of them can be picked up for very little in compensation. This is how other rivals poach your youngsters. Now, you can too!
