[Suggestion] Add Transfer Efficiency Reports

I'd like to suggest new reports be added to the Transfer module that tracks and provides information on how our player transfers have turned out over time, whether for incoming or outgoing transfers. The reporting would track and compare the performance rating of players and their value since joining or leaving the club, the league position of the club and the transfers expenditure and incomings. Such reports would give us some valuable insight through out our manager tenure at a club on how our transfer choices have resulted over time for individual players and at the club level.

I'd add to this a way to track youth intake players, their development and performance, based on intake year. This would help evaluate HOYD, instead of just looking for best attributes in a HOYD candidate.
