Say for example I want to edit an Asian Nation into a new Europe Nation, if I edit the Nation, the language, ethnicity etc will it bring through players further in the future that are realistic to that new Nation?

You can edit nation and language. You can't ethnicity. That is set in a part of the data we can't access.

So you will get correct names, but not correct ethnicity. You might also get some names coming through from the old nation though.

Thanks for your help. I was thinking of doing this merely to keep the population realistic.

I want to create Scandinavia but think I will just rename Sweden, I want it to be as realistic as possible.
