Hi all, I thought I would post this in the Research and Scouting section, but obviously I can't so after looking around I posted it here, hope that's ok.

So I am having problems finding the player named in the title in the FM21 game.  He has signed for the team I support, Grimsby Town, and I want to get the first team squad as accurate as possible.  Can anyone please help me to find this player in FM21, if it's possible?  Thank you.

It depends on where he was signed from- if the team that he was playing for is in a league that is not active/playable or your database is not big enough, there is a chance that he will not be able to be signed.

Ahh I see, I'll check that out, but I believe that in FM 2021 he was with a non-League side.

In my FM 22, he plays for FC Wimbledon

Yes, thanks for that, I have FM 22 but unfortunately Grimsby were in the National League that season.

Am I getting a little confused here?  Are NL teams playable in FM2022?
