Organizing players that interest you?

I find myself getting overwhelmed by the number of players I add to my shortlist. I'll forget which player looked promising and or that I wanted to inquire about. What are some  suggestion to  help better organize  my shortlists and  searches?

You can always create a separate shortlist for players you want to have a closer look at. Other than that, sorting by scout recommendation works well for me.
