COMMANDER_ALBA Posted July 16, 2022 Share Posted July 16, 2022 Improvement in manager behavior. At the moment, stats of the manager don't feel interactive. It doesn't feel like you're growing in your attributes. Like a current ability for manager that can grow to become the best manager. What I like doing is an iron mode career. Start unemployed looking for a lower league club, and gain reputation to get to a top team. Also, wage doesn't ad anything to the manager contract, it's only negative for the budget. (would be nice to have it scaled with ability, the higher the wage the faster you grow as a manager. Or cap potential ability to a wage budget, to go above a certain level, minimum wage need to be xx(2mln wage to get 20 attack ability) or whatever). May the best manager win!
