Do long term injured players who are leading a mentor group still have any effect?

My model professional is now injured for 5 months but he still seems to be having an effect in the mentor group

Good question. I would like to know the answer to that one as well.

 

Although I guess the game tells us. After all, there is there columns on the mentoring screen where it says how much a player contributes to the mentoring group + learns from the group. Those colums don't lie I would think. If people have average or significant effect from being in the group I would imagine that all is fine. And the other way around if not.
