b2khn Posted July 26, 2022 Share Posted July 26, 2022 (edited) In the current game FM22 you are able to give feedback towards players training performance by praising or criticizing their individual training during the week. There are obliviously small gains in doing so, so you click these buttons a lot over the time of a season. I would very much change this system into a delegation system where you just give a member of the training staff 2 breakpoints and let him do it. So you can cut down on this repetitive task and add a chance of interaction between members of training staff and players. This could include the possibility of either having a positive or negative influence on the player, when having his weekly training feedback talk.
