"keeping Scout Report up to date" as scouting assignment

In the current version of the game fm22 you can choose to keep your player shortlists up to date, but it is only available as a global decision.
Meaning you can either keep all the shortlists up to date, or none. But you can't keep only one shortlist up to date, neither can you control which scout does the scouting of the respective shortlist.

I would very much make the proposal to let us create a scouting assignment to give us control who exactly is scouting a specific shortlist.
That does include making shortlist not one entity but rather single entities.
