Make trails invitations part of the director of footballs job

In the current version of the game fm22, you can invite numerous players to join your club as a trailist, and circumvent the restrictions of scouting and also cut on spending.

I would like you to change this system entirely and give the director of football an additional task to handle invitation of trialists (in and out), let the human player set parameters (how many players, positions, age, homegrown status, how long, minimum attributes or pa/ca approx.). And in return constrain the human players ability to invite trails to a max of 4 players, so that it becomes more tedious and give incentive to source out this task.
