IGE: Add the ability to set Declared nation

In the In-Game Editor, you can add nationalities. However, you can't set the player's declared nationality. Since you can't remove nationalities (presumably because a player with no nationality at all would cause a bug), it is impossible to force a player to play for a specific national team. For example, I would like to set Jordi Amat to play for Indonesia, as he is planned to do in real life. However, the closest I can get is to give him Indonesian second nationality. He can (and does) then still reject Indonesia in favour of Spain, his other nationality.

Please can we get an option to set a Declared nation?
