Improve Playing Time Happiness for FM23

I've seen so many complains about playing time over the years for the FM series. The playing time mechanism needs to be completely revamped or even a massive overhaul. Seriously, I'm not going to play the new edition of FM even though I'm one of the most loyal fans of FM.

 

Premier League managers like Pep Guardiola rested one of their key players, let's say Kalvin Phillips. He didn't start or played in the Community Shield loss to Liverpool. The players in their respective clubs know how to remain professional when manager don't start them all the time. They know that they respect the manager when they don't start domestic or cup matches.

 

Players get unhappy in the squad even if I start them every match. Fix the playing time happiness indicator seriously.

 

The problem (player complaining about their lack of playing time) seems like a reoccurring problem in every single FM series up to FM22.

 

Fix it or I'm not going to play FM23. It's that simple.
