Make Asian continental qualification more dynamic (include new countries)

I'd love if it the qualification systems and coefficient rankings of Asian continental competitions could be made more dynamic, like European ones. By that I mean I want them to automatically adjust and include any extra nations added to Asia. So kind of an editor based request. At the moment if you add a country to Europe they get automatically added to the European coefficient system, earn qualification places and can improve their ranking. That doesn't happen if you add countries to Asia.

With a slight format change of the ACL happening in the near future, why not update the qualification system alongside it?
