More communication with clubs during the transfer process.

I thought I'd would be great if there was more depth to elements of the transfer/negotiation process. I would like to make it more clear to other clubs what my position is in regards to my players and their availability. As a player of the game, I can see if a club regards a player as untouchable. However, I can't make that clear to other clubs. Perhaps having a few options which allow me to set the availability 'rating' of my players would be a good fix, perhaps: 1) untouchable  2) willing to talk if bid is over value price  3) willing to sell for value  4) Transfer listed (set for x price).

In addition to this when clubs make offers for my players (especially non-negotiable offers) I would love to tell them why i'm rejecting their offer. For example:

- Overall amount too low or the money offered up front isn't enough.

Currently, I get clubs who come back with the same offers time after time, so it feels like it would make sense that I should be able to tell why I an rejecting and if they don't improve, don't come back.
