The same game on PC and Laptop?

I hope I can ask this question in this forum.

When FM2009 came out my PC at home had a crash so I was unable to install the game there. I did install it on my laptop and it's working ok. Now I have got a new PC and when I tried to install the game there it wouldn't allow me to do it.

As it was already installed on an other machine.

Do I have to buy another game or what?

You are supposed to be able to register it to up to 5 computers (at least via steam download). I had no issues with putting the game on multiple computers, but didn't have hard copy and am running WSM. I would contact SI support over this one and see what they say, unless someone has more useful information.

I've installed on my desktop and laptop (via Steam by the way) and it's working properly. What is the error you get?

Thanks for the answers, the message I get is that the key is already been used. But I will try once more when I get home from work.

I did get this message once also when I had the game running on my other computer when I tried to install...don't know though.

When you first installed it, did you have any failed attempts? I currently have mine installed on 3 computers, 2 on steam and one on mac. Had no problems at all. Your best bet will be to either find your steam settings or to contact steam itself with your issue.
