[Suggestion] Post-match interaction - I didn't have enough substitutions to replace them

When a player has played badly in a match, in the post-match press conferences you will often be asked why you did not substitute them. It would be nice if one of the options to answer this were something to the effect that "I wouldn't single them out - quite a few of the team played badly today. I didn't have enough substitutions to take them all off."

(This dialogue option should come up only if you actually used all your substitutions in a match).
