Shrabon
I think, many FM players really hate the press conferences and honestly they don't add anything of substance to the experience. A better way of restructuring the media aspect can be that they take interviews of the players before/after games. Depending on the player's media handling style, he can make a dorky remark on the other team (For example: Chiellini said "It's in the history of the Spurs") or be a PR robot with generic speech. Also this speeches may affect the locker room morale on both camps (although the impact should not be significant). But even if it doesn't have any tangible effect, just watching some players being shittalkers would be fun. This will definitely be a better way to involve the media instead of the redundant manager press conferences.
