Difference between FM PC Game Pass and the 21 FM Touch

I have been playing the FM 21 Touch for the last couple years and am going to be getting the new version of Football Manager just not sure if I should get the Full or the PC Game pass version.

If I was to take the full version and delegate everything to associates, except transfers, how would the speed of the game be compared to the touch version that I am used to?? 

 

Also are there differences between the touch version in 21 and the Game Pass version for this year? Anything big missing?

 

Lastly, I was reading about the game pass and we don't have to pay for the footall manager game and then pay the monthly gamepass fee do we? It's just the fee per month and we can just play the game without having to buy it correct??  Do we need to have xbox live as well to use it?
