Gruff66 Posted October 19, 2022 Share Posted October 19, 2022 I'd like an option for the manager to set instructions for where a youth player should be played. It's frustrating when you set training for a player to learn how to play wing back in a supporting role (a choice which is natural for the player and fills a future gap for the first team) but the U18 or U23 manager regularly has him play central defender or wing; or when you want a youth player to hone his set piece delivery skills, but his manager wants something else. I don't want to have to micromanage every U23/U18 game to be able to oversee the development of my hot prospects - and neither should I have to.
