Gruff66 Posted October 19, 2022 Share Posted October 19, 2022 I'd like the option of sending all staff for continuing professional development, not just coaches. Fitness coaches, physios, sports scientists, statisticians should all benefit from training. Connected to this, I'd like to see potential as well as current ability data available for staff as it is for players. An experienced DoF or TD should be able to distinguish between staff who are capable of improvement and those who are not - else, why waste money on them?
