Tactics - why defending with the same tactic I attack?

This is one of the few things that I still dont understand and I would like you guys to have a look.

Because I set my tactic to 4-2-3-1 in attack doesnt mean that I want to defend using the same tactic.

I think we should have the possibility to have an attack and a defensive tactic.

Also please work on the training and the set piece. Both are very limited at the moment and they both play a key part in success or fail during your team campaigns.

I understand you develop every year focused on your users and what they enjoy more during the game. I understand that transfers is the "fun" part of the experience but if you dont want to surface a more deap dive experience into the game accross all of your users then consider have different experiences, like when the user starts the game have a standard option - with just a focus on just the game and a premium option for users that really want to dive into specific things like training, development, tactic and other specific areas of managing.
