FM22 and FM23 pre-game editor error workaround on MacOS Ventura

As per the title, the FM22 and FM23 pre-game editor does not appear to work on MacOS Ventura. You will receive an error message like below:

It is an Apple issue rather than an SI issue, it is being worked on for a future update. To get around this in the meantime:

Open Editor -> acknowledge failed opening -> validate local files -> Open MacOS Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Under security is an error blocking the editor from running, click "Open Anyway" -> Authenticate -> click Open.
