Press conferences

I suddenly stopped going to press conferences and my team is losing motivation...is that make sense ? what do i have to do to go to press conferences again ?

If you delegated them to your assistant, just go to staff menu > responsibilities and take control of them again.

responsabilities are in my control.

despite this, there were no longer any press conferences before and after the games

don't forget to actually confirm changes (bottom right) in the responsibilities menu, many people forget to do that..

I go to all the press conferences for my "Create a club" in the Vanarama South, and the same reporter (from the Non-League Journal) shows up at every conference and has "HATRED" for me. He's hated me since I arrived, I answer all his questions in a respectful manner (because I'm trying to build a legacy here) and he won't budge off of "Hatred". Is it because my manager is Welsh/American? Does he not like my choice of tie? I'd just assign the pressers to the assistant, but then he'll always say "We'll entertain all offers for our five-star franchise player, give us a call!"
