More focus on managing small clubs

I think there needs to be far more focus into making Road to Glory saves more interesting and true to life. Managing small clubs need to have a revamp, and the opportunities to gain manager licenses should be better. You should be able to use your own earned money in-game yo pay for your own license development. Your in-game earned money could also be used in other ways, of course without making the game about everything else than football.

This would also include the wish of focus on manager wages for lower league teams which are way way below the wages in reality.

In short, starting without a job and without any licenses, or starting in a small club should be far more intriguing.
