First can you try Verifying your Game Files as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997753543185 And then Remove your Caches and Preferences folder, as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9997644231185 Hope this helps.
