Kaiser_Tottenham Posted October 30, 2022 Share Posted October 30, 2022 Hello things might make things more interesting with Board requests Personal: 1. offer resignation (in case the club offer things to convince you to stay (just like when you have an offer from other clubs) 2. change job title from head coach to Manager (should Director of football can't be appointed/sacked by head coach) and once the title job is changed, the Director of football removed) and if the club financially troubles for some weeks/months, the board interfere and appoint new one with scouting system responsibitilies and some signings made by the Dof. Training : 1. Camp: ( Fitness - Technical based in region ) 2. Marketing and increase fans base ( for bigger clubs East Asia & USA ) Finance: 1. cash injection 2. try to buy a player at all costs which could see team exceeds expectations.
